Subcontractor Change Order Cost Codes

When creating a subcontractor change order, it would be nice when selecting a cost that the cost codes that are associated with their contract would list on top and then give the option for the rest of the cost codes below that.

Restrict sending of POs, Subcontracts, Prime Invoices, SCOs, etc prior to approval

With workflow enabled, it is still possible to download and/or send POs, Subcontracts, SCOs, etc prior to approval. Ideally, the ability to download and send these documents would be restricted until approved.

Add Option to Include Pending Transactions in Previous Calculations for Subcontracts, SCO's, & PO's

Add a company/global setting to "Include Pending Transactions in Previous Calculations for Sub Commitments (Subcontracts, SCO's, & PO's)". This would help us track executed commitments vs non-executed commitments.
