expand this functionality to address the smaller civil contractor that no one currently services - add more functionality to tracking repairs and maintenance

When we do our estimating, our labor costs are factored with a burden rate as a percentage as opposed to stating the burden in dollars. I don't see a percentage as an option in Sage CM, and it seems like a percentage would be a logical feature.
