Add "Internal Notes" section to Estimate Tabs

It is often useful to have some space for internal notes when building an estimate. Having a tab similar to "drawings" and "specs" where such notes may be added would be useful.

    Carl,
We have several options you will be happy with:

    1. Cost Database Work Items > Select any Item > Select Edit (Top Right)> scroll down to Default Estimate Item Comments. You have sections for separate Comments for Internal Use, Comments that show on the Proposal, and Comments for RFP Package Vendors.

    2. You have the same options (as in Option #1) when a work item is added to an Estimate as an Item.

    3. If you look at the Estimate Cost Code table inside the Estimate and edit any Cost Code, you have the option to add Scope at the Estimate Cost Code Level.

    4. Select the Scope Tab on the top right of the estimate, you have a place for an Overall Scope that appears on the Estimate.

    5. The Comments sections in Option # 1 and #2 above can be imported from a MS Excel Import Template.

We will mark status for this idea to close it for now. If we understood the idea, please add a comment to the idea so we can open it again. You always bring Great ideas, Carl. Keep them coming. I am glad we finally thought of one before you did this time.
