Add "Internal Notes" section to Estimate Tabs

It is often useful to have some space for internal notes when building an estimate. Having a tab similar to "drawings" and "specs" where such notes may be added would be useful.

Multiple Cost Code Select in Bid Management RFP Packages

It would be extremely useful to be able to pick multiple cost codes when adding estimate items to bid RFP Pkg (see screenshot). It is very time-consuming and if someone isn't paying attention to what they already chose, they might duplicate entries.

AutoSave when working with Estimate Scope

It would be very helpful to have the Scope tab autosave in estimating, or at the very least, ask the user if they want to save when they navigate away from the page
