Add Labour Rates by Project NOT employee

Currently if a certain job has different labor rates then the standard rates you have to go in to each employee and give them project specific rates... you should be able to go to a project and Assign the rates .. Rates for Site Super, Carpenter and Laborer can vary depending on the job, the site super could vary on a job so every site super needs to be assigned the site super labour rates for that job...
