Add a company/global setting to "Include Pending Transactions in Previous Calculations for Sub Commitments (Subcontracts, SCO's, & PO's)". This would help us track executed commitments vs non-executed commitments.

If you want to include Pending Transactions on Detailed Financial Analytic Reports, many of these reports include a parameter to optionally choose to "Include Pending Transactions". Please see the attached screenshot:
Are you asking for Pending Transactions to appear in Contract Admin Prime Invoices? If so, we have that option in Global Settings > Feature Settings > Contract Admin (see screen shot with notes) attached.
