When a CM Meeting is sent there is no Outlook invite sent along with it to add to the desktop outlook calendar. I receive similar links from ProCore when getting invites from other contractors.

Throughout the life of a project, meetings with the same participants often occur regularly. Since these meetings may take place weekly on the same day and time, please consider adding an option to make them recurring.

Additional alerts are needed for safety. Those alerts requested are when an new incident or a site hazard assessment has been completed. If an employee misses a safety meeting, there needs to be an alert.

It would be nice to track safety meeting items on the daily log (safety incidents & violations)

Please add an option to send a meeting agenda to to the team/attendees instead of just an "invite". The agenda would go to the attendees emails so participants can review before and during a virtual meeting.

Currently, when you send the email meeting invite, you have to go to the attendee's list, manually flag who has been invited, and enter the invite date. Can this be automated so that when sending an invite email, it flags the attendees as invited?

Rather than having meeting items just list by order of entry it would group similar items together to make minutes more readable
