Please add an option to send a meeting agenda to to the team/attendees instead of just an "invite". The agenda would go to the attendees emails so participants can review before and during a virtual meeting.
Agreed. The initial Meeting Minutes should be an agenda as the meeting has not happened yet. The Meeting should be able to "toggle between Agenda and Minutes. Reports should be able to provide Agenda format too. Reusing the previous meeting minute items is already an option and is great.
