Drawings, Specifications & ITBs

Currently the LEads Bd Due Date is what populates in ITBs. For most companies that Due Date as a GC is when the Bid is due for them to the Client. In ITBs they need an area to add a Bid Due Date earlier for their Vendors.

When adding a Specification file, let us Burst out the PDF based on the Bookmarks in the file.

Please consider getting our drawings management inline with PlanGrid/Autodesk or Procore. Features such as drawings revisions,overlay,puchlist tag/RFI tag is essential in managing multiple revisions for us and our project teams.

We want to use the arrow buttons to move from page to page within one drawing file.

When a revision is uploaded the revision overlays the last revision. This way you can see what was changed

When new drawings are added to a project or updated drawings are uploaded there should be an automated notification that is sent to members of the project directory who have a teamlink role assigned.

One of my Superintendents asked if there was a tool to overlay one drawing type over another type such as plumbing over a floor plan to see that all is going to match up properly. This would be incredibly useful for the PMs and Superintendents.
