Submittal - Automatically send Originator email notification when there is an update to submittal
Currently when a respondent replies to a submittal or rfi the coordinator has to go to actions > send response to originator. We would like an automated email to go to the originator letting them know that there was a response.

currently in order to link a journal, RFI or submittal record it would first have to be saved as a PDF/DOC linked file. If that record was auto saved as a linkable file it could remove this extra step
