Some RFIs have multiple back and forth questions and answers relating to one topic. In Team Link, Architects/Engineers have the ability to go back in and edit responses. This is not ideal for tracking the project record. If a Architect has responded to the first question and the GC has a follow up question the Architect would have to add something like "update 12/16" to track a second response.
What about being able to create a new RFI and having it linked to the original? This functionality is already available in Sage CM's browser solution.
