Internal Access to Specific Projects

Clients want to be able for their internal team to be able to view specific projects and not have access to viewing all projects by having the feature access. Needs to be more limitations to the internal view.

Limit Delete Permissions to Admin Users Only

Add more detailed user permission settings so that only Admin users can delete items. Regular users should not have the ability to delete drawings, files, or other important data.
