Filter leads/projects list by "Sales Contact", "PM Contact", and "Bid Contact"

Salesmen, PMs, and Operations/Admins should be able to more easily find/identify leads and projects through filtering.


"Sticky Filters" or views would be a related improvement so that filters must not be re-applied each time a salesman or PM enters a listing screen.
