For an RFI, I would like to have the function of having all attachments and linked correspondence to be included with I run the report to print off. As of right now I have to run the report and then download attachments separately and combine them. This is very inefficient. This can be done when printing daily logs. there is a selection to print with linked images/files. please incorporate with the RFI's
It would be beneficial if there was a merge field that incorporated the image of all attachment types (PDFs, Word, Excel, Images, etc.) into all of the detailed word templates for SCM. I have had a large amount of clients requiring this in the system.
Current process is to download everything and then send them outside of the system. IF the client does not want to use the teamlink portal option for sending the object out.
Are you asking for the ability to print the RFI Detail and every attachment grouped into a single PDF?
