Make 'Bid Contact' great again (A filter, not just a data tag)

In Contact Management, we have the option for each contact to select whether or not that person is a 'Bid Contact'. In my mind, this is the 'Person who we contact regarding their bid,' or 'the person we send ITBs to'. However, I don't see any way to filter by this contact when adding ITBs. If I search a company for an ITB, every active contact shows up and I must select which specific contact to send the ITB to, or send to all of them. If we could filter by the 'bid contact', we would be able to ensure we're always sending ITBs to the correct contact and not spamming everyone in their company just to make sure SOMEONE is getting the ITB.

This would be especially helpful on very large projects (~1000 ITBs) and with new hires who may not know who they key bid contacts are with each company. Should be a huge time saver and increase efficiency.
