Set up favorites by role

We have the ability to set up roles or user types in the settings. It would be helpful for us, as admins, to be able to set up a default list of favorites for each role so that they immediately have access to the shortcuts they will use from day 1.

Users push notifications

Admins should be able to enable/disable push notifications for users. If you have 20 people on an hour team and everyone should receive push notifications, there is no reason why the admin should easily do it for all the workers.
