Read only option in role security

Have a read only option for all features in security role setup. There are some areas where customers would like to restrict the ablility of users to add/edit information IE contacts

    I would like to see this feature added.

    Read only roles would be very helpful in all areas.

    Would allow certain employees to view only - very helpful.
