Adding Read-Only Permissions For Internal Security Roles

It would be helpful to be able to assign read only for internal security roles. Having wither full access to add, edit, etc: or having 0 access does not work for alot of muy clients. For example PE's and Supers need to view alot fo things that they should not be able to delete or edit or add to. This exists on teamlink but not internal roles.
