I wanted to bring up a point that I believe would enhance our team's efficiency and streamline our processes. Currently, only the 'Administrator' and 'Finance Administrator' roles have access to the Accounting Link module. It would be beneficial for us if we could extend this access to other roles within our team as well.
By allowing a broader set of roles to access the Accounting Link module, we can ensure that the necessary tasks are handled more swiftly and without bottlenecks.

Custom Users will also have access to you accounting software.
Caution should be used, and testing of a new Custom Security Role should be extensive to insure you are not granting too many permissions in SCM or your accounting systems.
The additional customer user role may also grant the user access to other employee personal information including pay rates.
Caution should be used to limit the access to User Security assignments and custom Security Roles. We recommend limiting the number of users with access to all of this information mentioned.
