Issues have an Financial Impact field that acts as an estimate or sorts. This could easily convert to a CPR, CO, or SCO. This would also provide a continuous connection to supporting correspondence and documentation for the CPR, CO or SCO.

inquiring about a filtered cost code search for codes that have been specifically tagged to PO's, SCO, etc.. similarly to the way we can filter within a PO's to narrow a search from within that window.

Add Option to Create SCO and Create Sub Invoice from Actions when in Subcontract
