Ability to document performance reviews for subcontractors and suppliers listed in the Project Directory. This information could also be used as a filter criteria when adding vendors to an ITB.
We are considering new Compliance features and options in the distant future. This may need to wait for Sage Intacct to finish their project related to the same subject. Do you feel this 'performance review' form would fit better under Vendor Compliance, or under the existing Quality Control features?
Would a review be a set of questions with a rating scale (i.e. 1-10) or just a comments field?
Relating the above to the "issues" functionality would seem like a logic use of existing functionality. A standard multi-project report which summarizes issues recorded grouped by subcontractors and suppliers would be a helpful tool in evaluating Subcontractor and Supplier performance.
