Add Balance to Complete in Prime Invoice Generation Screen

Instead of receiving an error message that I'm trying to bill more than the balance to bill, it would be wonderful to know what my balance to bill is. I shouldn't have to do a calculation with the value and previous invoices, it should be a standard column.
