We would love to see the RFI Respondent become the responsible party as soon as an RFI is generated. This just seems the natural chain of events and would save time.

allow correspondece to attach link w/o extra step

currently in order to link a journal, RFI or submittal record it would first have to be saved as a PDF/DOC linked file. If that record was auto saved as a linkable file it could remove this extra step
