Notice to Owners are on almost every job and is currently manually tracked. It would be very useful to have the ability to record and track Notice to Owner/Contractor NTO, and report on Open/Final NTO's. Would have the date and reference# and a check box or radio button to mark it finialed. This would greatly assist with systematically tracking when NTO's are filed on a job. Note that there would need to be the ability to have dropdown for Company/Order Given By, however the Lienor may or may not be a "Company" in Contact Management. This is most common with Subcontractor's vendors who file. The "Lienor" field could be a reportable "Text" field to account for this. When reporting, if the radio or check box or dropdown is not selected, it would be in an active state. Selected it would be final. It would seem to make sense for it to be under QC/Safety where the Permits are currently and have a Notice to Owner/Contractor option. I think this would benefit many if not all who use Sage Construction.
