Display warning if pdf attachment is larger than 20 mb

When users are emailing a daily log using the Default with linked files and images template, if the size of the pdf is over 20 MB the pdf is not attached to the email. It would be nice to get a warning saying the size is too big

Work Order - New Status Options

New Options in red. Revised WO Status Options: Draft Pending Submission Pending Approved Not Approved Approved and Signed Approved and Site Activity Complete Note: Approved and Closed is not needed because there is a separate checkbox for the latter.

Picture Quality

Can a section be added for either an ASI (Architect's Supplemental Instruction) or a CB (Construction Bulletin)? We get these often and need a place to upload them for all project vendors/owners/architects to see at all times.

Automatic closing of Work Orders

It would be helpful that when an invoice is entered from a Work Order if it automatically closed and locked the work order. Or at least have this as an option in set-up.

Recording absences without using SAGE payroll

The only way to record an absence, currently is to add it to the daily report, why can't we add the absence to the labor timecards as zero hours?
