The first line of a new business item is bolded. This causes unnecessary attention and confusion to the reader. Would you please consider editing this default format, so it doesn't automatically bold the first line of new business items? Thanks!

I can not replicate this issue, but perhaps I am not looking in the right location. Can you please share a screen shot with the issue highlighted? If that is the case, please attach that hear and then email the same information to SageCMSupport@sage.com and remind the team I said this is "a bug". The can enter in a ticket for the engineering team to take a look.
