Allow for editing of variables from items tab in estimate

In the "items" tab of the estimating module, it would be desirable to view and edit assembly variables via an "edit all" button.

Ability to utilize the value entered in the "quantity" field in Work Assembly formulas

When adding a work assembly to an estimate, there is a "quantity" field (see attached photo). Having the ability to extract the value entered in this field for use in Work Assembly formulas would be immensely useful.
