Add a messaging application for internal project use

Instead of having to use external messaging applications (imessage, WhatsApp, Slack, etc) have an internal messaging app so the communication stays within the system and can be referenced in future if required.

Sub invoice payment reference

When issuing payments to the sub, besides that payment amount, add the reference field that can be used to write down the check or transaction number.

Scope Templates - Add "Scope of Work" field

Currently, Scope Templates include fields for Inclusions, Exclusions, and Clarifications. However, it would be nice to have Scope of Work as well when using templates for RFP Packages and Subcontracts.

Add project name to invoice approval workflow

When I go to approve an invoice within a workflow, the job number shows up in the left hand side but not the project name.

Project Location Field - (Job Address, City...)

It is necessary for us to track the location of all of our projects for tax purposes as well as conducting analytics on our various markets. This would be a useful metric in the tool to feed over to the accounting system.

Multiple Cost Code Select in Bid Management RFP Packages

It would be extremely useful to be able to pick multiple cost codes when adding estimate items to bid RFP Pkg (see screenshot). It is very time-consuming and if someone isn't paying attention to what they already chose, they might duplicate entries.

Set a default workers comp code for the employee, when this employee is referenced on a labor timecard it should default to this code
