Daily Log - Add more email recipients

Currently the only people who available in the email recipients area are the

• Recorded by

• Project manager

• Prime contract contact (owner)

I would like to be able to add others to this list, i know you can add contacts from the project directory to the cc list, however those emails do not contain a Teamlink portal link. The Teamlink portal is needed to view the photos attached to the Daily Log.
