I'm getting many requests to be able to have an SCM sandbox for testing when implementing SCM and not using the client's implementation copy.

Having a full list of contacts is confusing it would be better if contacts can be split so they are not mixed together

Clients should be able to select a contact/ user and have a report prebuilt/ filtered and then schedule that report to run and then send (via email) to the designated contact. This would help automate their reporting and communication standards.
