Add scheduling (gantt) to leads

It would be useful to have the scheduling tools in the leads section so that a schedule can be built out while an estimate is being created

Add a total line to the item entry window in the estimating module.

I would like to see the total of the item I am entering on the same screen as I am entering the numbers in. Simple one line add for total item costs.

Add Project Specific Locations for job cost reporting purposes

Currently, project specific locations can be used on an estimate only. However, it would be nice to copy these locations to the project side via the contract admin setup wizard. This would facilitate a new set of job cost reports by location.

Add "Internal Notes" section to Estimate Tabs

It is often useful to have some space for internal notes when building an estimate. Having a tab similar to "drawings" and "specs" where such notes may be added would be useful.
