Submittal - Status comments on item

Currently when a respondent can only leave comments for the entire submittal package, it would be more helpful if they could leave the comments at the item level

On the Daily Log details add the ability to click next

Currently, to navigate to the next day of the daily log you have to go back to the daily log list to move on the next day or go back. It would be helpful to help a next or back button on the Daily log details without leaving the page.
