Add assigned members of the project team on the home screen

Add our assigned team members of the project team on the home screen of the project in both SCM and TeamLink. This will be helpful to have a quick access for who they should reach out to. Superintendent, Architect, Project Manager, Interior Designer, Accountant, etc. This should include phone numbers and emails.
