Automated Submittal email notifications

When a submittal is created, the system should have the ability to sent out email notificatons automatically each day until the responded responds to the submittal.

Non-Administrator Users Should not be able to delete other Users

When establishing non-administrator users, those users can access Settings > Company Settings > Users and delete other Users. This should not be allowed.

Recycle Bin for deleted items
