Display lead/project number in header when working on Estimates, Subcontracts, etc

There are certain modules in SCM where the lead/project number are not visible in the web page's header. In working on an estimate for example, there is nothing on the webpage that shows which lead the estimate belongs to.

Add the Meetings module to Leads

For larger projects, there are are often many meetings with the client prior to us being awarded the job. It would be extremely helpful if the Meetings tools were also available under Leads the same way the are under Projects.

Rename fields

Some companies do not use sales contacts and would like to repurpose the field as a way to track the superintendent on the job. Another use for this would be to rename a date field to have another use.
