It is very common to need to add a new contact to an existing company when creating a lead.
Currently the lead directory only allows for the addition of new companies and new contacts. This led to duplicate companies being created in our system.
Ideally there would be an option to add just a new contact to an existing company, or provide a dropdown of existing companies when "add new company and contact" is selected.

The option is also available if you select a company from within the Lead Directory, and then click the 'Add' option on the far right side.

Thank you for the suggestion. I believe we already offer that feature. Please note the two screen shots attached. Both show an existing company selected and an option to select from an existing contact or the option to add a new contact.
