We need to be able to set retention variably. Certain line items on our prime contracts do not have retainage withheld. Having a flat rate applied across the entire contract is making the system very difficult to use.

It is industry standard to withhold retainage on subcontracts, the check stubs should reflect this amount being withheld - identifying it clearly as retainage.
