Clients are wanting to see the items listed in order entered rather then grouped by cost code.

Matthew, It sounds like you are asking for a Proposal Detail Template that does not group or sum items, and also sorts simply by the estimate item number. That may be something that you want to do as a custom template. Since most Sage Partners and Sage Customers have access to Microsoft Word which is used as the Custom Detail Report Template designer, you may want to try that route first. We are setting the status of your idea for 'Future Consideration' but if you and your clients need this soon, you may want to edit a detail report template provided in the help topics, remove the group by... option so MS Word sorts by the item number instead of the cost code.
