Can we setup in the system that the person that initiate the approval get notify when the document is approved? Right now we can see the status of the document in the main home page that we have the section for “Alert”/ “Workflow”. The person that get the alert for approval is the only one receiving email about the documents, when it is initiated and when they take action.
Is there a way that the personnel assigned to approve the document don’t receive an email after made the decision on the document. They are receiving an email once the document is initiated, and another email after they approved or reject the document. We trying to see if they can receive 1 email one the document is initiated, and the 2nd email be sent to the person waiting for the decision.
I noticed that a lot of companies are having the same request. I believe that Sage should integrate this option in the Workflow alert, badly needed.
