Workflow complete alert Merged

It would be nice if the person that initiated the workflow was given some type of an alert to show when item has been either moved further on in the work flow, accepted or rejected.

    It should be similar to the PM getting an alert. But the person issuing should get an alert showing that the PM has approved or rejected the form. Otherwise a person is sifting through all the approved workflows, which can be a large number of documents.
