Uploading videos to an ITB should go under photos rather than drawings.

Please allow photos to take .mov uploads so that we can have videos and photos of the space to be in the same area, rather than needed to upload videos under drawings. This should help keep more similar items grouped.

Crew Timecard Editing

It would be wonderful if crew timecards could be edited in mass instead of individual timecards. If the edit screen looked like the entry screen, it would save a lot of time.

Emailing Purchase Orders to our employees

Currently you can email a purchase order to a vendor. What is lacking is the ability to be able to email the approved purchase order to our Superintendents so that they can either pick up goods or order the materials etc.

Currently, you can invoice for stored materials, but there is no way to signify on a future invoice that the material was then installed.
