Fields to access files or folders outside of Sage using hyperlinks

This request is for Sage to add fields within all features to allow users to store hyperlinks to cloud storage drives or other locations outside of the built-in storage system with one click.

Enable link documents to be sent thru DocuSign

linked documents in Subcontracts or Change orders can be emailed, but linked documents cannot be sent when using DocuSign.

Show In Portal

give the option of changing the default setting to not show in portal. This way you can add an item and it wont automatically show in the portal.

Linked Files Section in Schedules Module

Can we add a Linked Files Section to our Schedules Module? For GC's they could save schedules as they modify, and for subcontractors they can attach GC schedules they receive for reference.
