Default to "Not Show in Portal" all files uploaded in the TeamLink Portal by Respondents

It seems like it should be the default, or at least there should be a system setting for the default to NOT "Show in Portal" all "Files Uploaded in the TeamLink Portal by Respondents".

We have yet to fully utilize the teamlink functionality; however, it appears that if a respondent were to upload their proposal to the linked files of an RFP, then the default setting of "show in portal" would make this file visible to all other respondents...
