Ability to pull Purchase Order Items into Submittal Items

Some handy fields already exist on each submittal item. It would be incredibly useful if you were able to pull in approved purchase order items into the submittals (similar to daily logs). Additionally, could the Actual Delivery Date field be a type-in field or pulled from the materials delivered in the daily logs?
