It would be nice to have the release notes issued at least a week or so earlier for VAR's and clients. This will create more transparency and ease for the VARs and their clients.

Release notes is a complex subject. Our content team is currently updating and changing Release notes up to the hours before the release. Last month we made a draft of the release notes available about 48 hours before the release. However, they are subject to change. The content team is also adding and editing release notes for a week or two after the release, especially if a fix/patch is added after the official Release.
