Have a global setting for setting cost codes as either numeric or alpha numeric

In the process of connecting accounting platforms to SCM clients are having to make decisions about their cost codes based on SCM cost codes being alpha numeric. This leads to rehauling cost codes or having them show up in a "weird" order in SCM. By having a switch this could give companies the choice on how they want their cost codes to display
