Schedule Access -Grant edit/add permissions Scheduling for Teamlink Users

Currently when one sets up permissions for TeamLink access to functions within Sage, there is an option to select 'All' for schedule. However, 'All' is not all for anyone outside of administrators. I have a contractor running a site and I wish them to be able to access the schedule such that they have full control to maintain and edit. I thought by setting up a special permission category giving them 'All' access for the schedule they would be able to do this. However, according to your helpdesk that is not the case. Please make 'All' mean all. I run multiple sites and count on my teams on each site to provide timely schedule updates. I don't have time in the day to add this to my list of items to address.

I'll try that, will trial to myself setting up my personal email using a fictitious contractor account. Thanks.

I edited the title of your idea to clarify and make it easier to find. One question: Are you asking for Gantt Schedules only, or for Project To Dos under scheduling module as well?

That seems like a great idea. Until the team has a chance to research this further, can we offer a work around? Have you considered setting the contractor up as an internal user, giving them access to only the project assigned to them, and create a customer User Role granting them access to only the features and tasks you wish to grant them?
