Instead of having to use external messaging applications (imessage, WhatsApp, Slack, etc) have an internal messaging app so the communication stays within the system and can be referenced in future if required.
@Norman Wendl Would you comment on this? I recently heard you talking about this subject, but I do not have enough information to address this possible new feature.

I heard today Procore has some kind of texting within the solution. Need something for just general conversations or for the field to request a piece of equipment. There's lots of scenarios/use cases where this would be valuable.
