Reason: we are currently working with a third party that would like to export cost items into SCM. We can do that with PO bills and non-PO bills. However, we cannot do that with Subcontractor Invoices.
This would also be beneficial to our clients that have to create multiple Sub invoices in the system or have a large amount of sub invoices being processed.
Would also help with converting jobs that are already in progress
