Use Locations for Work Orders and Cost

Currently Locations are only available for use on the client side. It would be beneficial to be able to have the Locations field populate on the cost side such as work orders, subcontracts, reports, etc. The time it would save to pop in a location and have a clear precise work order for the field would be most beneficial to all.
